Instead of having to pin the tail on a donkey, your guests are going to be pinning sperm to an egg. The game is played the same as the original, so just blindfold your guests and see which one can get the sperm where it needs to go.
If you look at baby pictures of your friends, would you be able to recognize them? A game of Who is This Baby? will give you a chance to see. Have all the guests bring in a baby picture and then tack or tape them to a board and have a number under each. Then have everyone try to guess just who is who in the baby pictures.
