I am so excited that my mom and dad gave me the great gift of ten Black Singles Dating Washington DC seated speed dating tickets in my stocking for Christmas! I have been single for going on three years now since my first marriage did not work out (she cheated on me with my now "ex" best friend). My parents have been ready for me to settle down and start a family since I graduated high school. They had ten kids of their own (ages twenty seven, twenty five, twenty two, twenty one, twenty, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fourteen, and eleven), so they apparently love children. That is why they want me to have kids of my own so badly; they are ready for grandchildren.

I have been dating black women since I became interested in the opposite sex. Everyone knows that interracial (mixed) babies are the most beautiful babies in the world. Although my mom is black and my dad is white, all of their children look white. My family and I have always talked about how my brothers, sisters, and I should marry and reproduce with African Americans. That way, hopefully, we will all have mixed colored babies. That being said, I am sure it is obvious that my ex-wife was an African American woman.

Anyway, the point of this story is that I am now entering into the world of Black Singles Dating Washington DC again. I have heard a lot of good things about these speed dating events. Because I have not been having much luck with the whole online personals thing, I have a lot of hope that face-to-face dating will be better. My parents say that the women who will be at these events are probably interested in a serious relationship like I am because of the fact that they are paying to go to an organized dating event. I really hope they are right about their assumptions. I am looking forward to meeting the love of my life very soon so that we can get married and make children (grandchildren for my parents to spoil).
